It has become routine, before discussing Mayor Mike Bloomberg's potential presidential run, to give the disclaimer that he says he's not running. We had years of this with Mario Cuomo, though with important differences.
What-ever. The odds are that this Bloomberg speculation will end up the same way, but who knows what lurks in the hearts of elected officials?
