It looks like Elmont meets Great Neck in the coming special election for the 7th State Senate district.
Insiders say that Republicans are replacing their usual Great Neck poll inspectors with those from Republican leader Joe Cairo’s stronghold in Nassau’s west-end, including North Valley Stream and Elmont.
