In the wake of Cuomo's new ad, Mark Green's campaign says he'll be releasing one tomorrow. They say it's been planned for a week, is not a response to Cuomo, and is a biographical ad for an upstate audience.
Green also got an endorsement today from NY State PAC of the National Organization for Women.
