As the Spitzer campaign bus pulled out of White Plains, all the talk was of the upcoming showdown (shoutdown?) between Eliot and Tom Suozzi in Mineola later today (see Michael Rothfeld's post below).
What do you think Tom's got waiting for you? we asked Spitzer.
"I think he's showing up to endorse me," the front-runner joked.
Do you think he'll heckle you? we asked.
"No, we don't heckle each other. We have surrogates do that," he laughed as he headed back to the front of the bus.

The AG is taking his big lead in the polls for granted, and Tom Suozzi will be heard July 25th. I hope the AG has a plan by then, it would be nice to hear what he wants to do, dont you think New Yorkers?
