Do you love Slurpees? How about a free one?

Well, 7-Eleven's participating stores are offering customers a free Slurpee to celebrate their 81st birthday on – when else? – July 11, 7/11/08, also known as 7-Eleven® Day!

As has been the tradition for many years, the company will celebrate July 11 with free 7.11-ounce Slurpee® drinks for customers visiting its U.S. stores. Special birthday cups will be available while supplies last.

Fun Fact: Long Islanders buy the most coffee out of all of its stores nationwide.

7-11 ON N FIRST STREET AND GISH IN SAN JOSE
IS "NOT PARTICIPATING" IN FREE SLURPEE DAY.
HOW STINGY CAN YOU BE!!

Avoid the 7-11 on Michigan Ave. (near Randolph) in Chicago. They've got the ole' bait and switch going on in there. Plus, the floor is extremely sticky. Yuck!

7-11 in Woburn Center, Massachusetts, telling customers "All gone after 1pm". Since I had two kids with me we went for the bait-n-switch, a table of plastic cups marked "All cups on this table 99c". I confirmed with the clerk. When we went to pay he couldn't get it to ring, nothing showed up, I asked, so he typed in $1.19. He said "I give you free, but you complain, so now I charge $1.19". I said "I just want it right." I'd been waiting, but the customer behind me said "Kick him out" so I left. Now I'm complaining.
