Hidden gem: Peter Andrews warehouse
Peter Andrews Furniture Warehouse
160 Smith St., Farmingdale
631-845-5512
Open daily, 10 a.m.- 6p.m.
Antique reproduction furniture and handpainted, shabby-chic accessories abound at Peter Andrews warehouse, which is tucked on Smith St. off Route 110, mere minutes away from many major retail furniture stores.
Here, you'll find discounted prices on the same furniture that's sold at Peter Andrews locations in Williston Park and Huntington Station. Prices are slashed futher on floor models.
Strolling through the warehouse this afternoon, I spotted several fabulous creamy yellow bookcases, marked $199.90 each (originally $525, reduced to $249.90).
There was also a country-style sofa covered in muted floral and ticking stripe fabrics for $1,099 (originally $3,650, reduced to $2,199.98, reduced again to $1,299).

I LOVE PETER ANDREWS!!!!!!!
It is a shame that people only BLOG when they are unhappy. It is hysterical how when someone has a problem they look for a place to vent, however no one ever blogs good experiences. I have shopped in all 3 Peter Andrews stores, and if this company has been in business as long as it has, it must be doing something right!! My whole house in surrounded in treasures from this store and I would recommend it, and HAVE recommended it to everyone. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PA!!! you have a customer for LIFE!!!!!!!

75% of the time it isn't PA's fault that you havent recieved something on time. It is almost ALWAYS the manufacturers fault. The pricing is NOT different in all the stores, and there is no "shady" business going on.

well being that peter andrews sucks and everything is too close together they do have items for lower prices. Everyone is looking for lower prices there because everyone that comes there is rich but CHEAP!

I recently saw an ad on News12 for Peter Andrews. I took a ride over during the Tent Sale, and I was very suprised.I found amazing prices on quality furniture. The sales help was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this store to other shoppers.
