Remember the wine-soaked California wine-country movie Sideways? Well, life doesn’t always imitate art.
Actor Paul Giamatti (he also starred in the John Adams HBO miniseries) was spotted last Thursday at VINe Wine Bar in Greenport with his wife, son and some family friends. What did he eat? An arugula salad plus mac and cheese with truffle oil. Can you guess what he drank?
No, of course not merlot. His quaff of choice was ... mineral water!
