Developer Carl Fisher dreamed about turning Montauk into the Miami of the north. He'd have enjoyed a mojito at Havana Beach Club. The colorful restaurant brings some Cuban flair and flavor to the string of seafood and American eateries at Montauk Harbor. Nibble on fried plantain strips and then try the fried potato balls stuffed with ground meat; a zesty Cubano sandwich; pork-packed Cuban tamales; and a husky paella.
