The creative forces behind "Entourage" should begin scripting Season 5 some time in September.
Now, I know for a fact that they have read this blog. However, I can't confirm that they are regular readers. Either way, with the vast array of networks in this world and the ease with which it takes to cut and paste a URL and send an email, there's little reason to think what I'm about to offer to the public doesn't have a chance at reach Doug Ellin, Rob Weiss and the rest of the crew.
With "Entourage" comes guest stars. With Season 5 comes guest stars we haven't seen yet on the show. Here's your chance to vote for the guest star you'd most like to see.
I've come up with 13 choices below. Click on the link underneath the list to cast your vote. You've got until noon on Aug. 30 to vote. We'll announce the winner at 12:30 p.m. and then generate some potential script scenarios for that person. Then, we'll give you another week to vote. Who knows? Maybe we'll see it come to life next season. As always, use the comments link for write-in candidates.

how about Matt Dillon?
These writers are so creative and I bet they could come up with some really clever scenes with Drama without it being cheesy.
Vince and Leo need to have a 'who could bag the most broads' competition, a la charlie sheen back in the day.
Paris Hilton!
adrian grenier could surely hook that up
Natalie Portman. She's got the sweet/innocent side Vince seems to like in girls (remember Mandy Moore and the virgin singer), but the "mature morals" that Vince would appreciate.
I think bringing Baldwin in with some issue regarding Drama would be clever and ironic...having Drama complain about all the younger Baldwins riding the coattails of the older one. But also...I loved the idea you had a few seasons ago about the crew coming back to the Queens/LI area and catching a Mets game or visiting the LI star scene.
Robert Downey Jr and/or Nick Cage can be written in there somewhere I am sure. And for a weird Billy Walsh counterpart....Christopher Walken.
And between you and I, the best NON printable line.....by Ari or course: "Lloyd, put on your best dress and know that your love of c*ck is the best asset to this company right now."
Lauren Conrad is not STAR therefore cannot be a guest star! If thats the case I want to be on the list! With that said the best guest star would be James Gandolfini with Ari to bring the HBO fam full circle or "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather Jr to hang out with the boys and getting in some trouble!
How about Bruce Campbell?
You know he had to have been a part of Viking Quest!
I voted for Hayden Panettiere, as I could see some awesome Turtle scenes with her showing up. But I'd also love to see Leo show up, him and Vince could play off each other quite well. Would be interesting.
I think they should stick with the "old school" cameos, like the three episode arc with Martin Landau as Bob Ryan or the Dennis Hopper episode. Possibly a Bill Murray or a Clint Eastwood cameo would add even more credibility to the LaMonica-approved writers.
Jessica Biel. Her name has been dropped a few times, now it is time to get her on the show and wearing as little clothes as possible
I had all my friends vote for Johnny Knoxville~
ROBIN WILLIAMS!
Or bring back more BUSEY!

how about me vote for me to appear on the show
omg...Jeter. Like where your heads at.
I just had a vision of me watching that tivo'ed episode until the tv screen melted.
I could see an bit where Knoxville and Drama go head to head in an all out "Jackass" Competition where they attempt to outdue each other through the show with jackass style pranks and stunts. Drama never likes to be outdone so this could get very interesting..
Matt Leinart would be perfect...USC alum who plays in Arizona? I'd love to see an episode where the boys go take in a game at the new stadium in Arizona (which is absolutely state of the art) and meet Matt Leinart.
Bruce Campbell, Walken and Baldwin are two of the best I saw here..
Johnny Depp or even better Steven Speilberg, I'd like to see either get in a fight with Billy Walsh over Medellin, that would be classic, I'd love to see Billy's reaction.
Jack Nickelson. aathankyou
I know it's too late to vote, but here are some of my guest star wish list:
1-Eva Longoria
2-Jon Bon Jovi
3-Heath Ledger
4-Justin Timberlake
5-Jake Gyllenhal
6-Kelly Ripa
7-Jay Leno
8-William Shatner
9-Cameron Diaz
10-Steven Spielberg
lauren conrad would be a cool guest star becasue if vince and them are cruising aroundin la they will probably run into her at some club, brody jenner or matt leinart would be sweet too
