Ashlee Simpson cancels summer tour
Newlywed and newly confirmed mother-to-be Ashlee Simpson has canceled her summer tour, including a July 1 stop at the Capital One Bank Theater at Westbury.
The singer offered a few possible reasons from her "team" on her MySpace page, including "jury duty, creative differences and not in the mood/have a headache (wait, that was an excuse for Pete [Wentz, her new husband]! And it didn’t work, see next reason) and the baby." "The truth is I want to put on an amazing show for you the next time I come to your town," Simpson said.
