Fantasia, "Bore Me (Live)"
Forget David vs. David. The most talked-about moment from last night's "Idol" show was apparently Fantasia's amazing performance of "Bore Me." Sure, it wasn't great singing exactly, but it was definitely memorable, given the kinda-predictable shows recently. Will it boost sales of her underappreciated "Fantasia" album from 2006? Hopefully, though maybe "Bump What Ya Friends Say" would have resulted in a less split verdict.

Yes it was amazing all right, amazingly horrible. One of the worst trainwrecks I have ever seen on the idol stage.
I love this girl!! She blew everyone away with her energy in this performance on Idol. Simon's face was priceless. His jaw actually dropped.
That performance was horrible. They should've gone to a commercial to save the humiliationof the show. I enjoy american Idol but fantasia should be with taylor hicks...FORGOTTEN. simons expression says it all.
I am a huge fan of Fantasia, but this isn't her style of music, and her brother being in the performance didn't make it any better. She had a hard time catching her breath. It was extrememly too much moving for her. Her voice is still amazing, but maybe she should stick to the slow music. I give her her props for trying though. She has not been onstage in a while, so it took a lot of effort for her to get up there and do that. I don't agree with Kellie. Fantasia has a wonderful voice. It is very unique. Not too many singers can scream at the top of their lungs and still sound decent.
this was the worst performance ive ever seen. she got fat and looked like a canibal running around on stage. sorry just the honest truth. i think simon was regretting ever letting her have a shot at the american idol. i mean for real, shes an embarassment and made me feel very awkward on stage.
You people are crazy. This was one of the most awesome things ever witnessed on Idol. Pure volcanic funk! All these people hatin' must be white. White people's tastes are so whitebread (appropriately). I'm white, but I have soul and a brain and good taste, that's the difference. Fantasia is a superstar!!
