Jay-Z has announced a short, five-date tour based on his upcoming album "American Gangster," according to Billboard.com. The tour kicks off in Los Angeles Nov. 6, the release date of the album, which is inspired by the movie of the same name starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe. Jay-Z will play Manhattan's Hammerstein Ballroom Nov. 11.
