Isaac's latest unveiling

Between writing his upcoming book and new position as the creative director for Liz Claiborne, it's hard to believe Isaac Mizrahi would even have the time to put out a high fashion line this season.

Well, believe it.

"It's very pure and every single thing is bold down to the barest bones," the Brooklyn-born designer said of his spring 2008 collection. Mizrahi used pinks (his favorite color, he says), purples, taupes and greys to create a "dreamlike quality. ...In a way [the colors] almost don't exist," he said.

And while he was reluctant to chat about his other endeavors, Mizrahi did plug his new Internet show, "Watch Isaac," and upcoming fall 2008 menswear collection. Oh, and he has a blog that's updated several times a day.

How does he find the time?!
