Brad Pitt defends Jennifer Aniston, denies 'dastardly affair'
Brad Pitt is coming to the defense of his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, and addressing the infidelity rumors in the latest issue of W magazine.
When Jennifer finally spoke publicly on Angelina Jolie's statements about racing to the set of the movie "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" to see co-star Brad, she said that Angie was "uncool." What's Brad's take on the whole thing?
"Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It's so created," he said in an interview with W magazine. (Click to see photos of Jennifer Aniston and the nude GQ cover.)
So were Brad and Angie cheating on the set of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" or not? The way Brad tells it, he ended his relationship with Jennifer before he hooked up with Angie.
"What people don't understand is that we filmed ['Mr. & Mrs. Smith'] for a year," he told W. "We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't. I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that's all."
Although Brad has clearly moved on with his life and is raising six children -- Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne -- with Angelina Jolie, he admitted that he keeps in touch with Jennifer. "We still check in with each other," he said. "She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don't see how there cannot be [that]. That's life, man. That's life."

I think Brad's behavior back then might have been a bit more suspicious than he now lets on, and Jen has a right to feel a certain way about both he and Angie. But Jen being a "sweetheart" and "far more beautiful" than Angelina? Let's not get it twisted.
I think he means that he did not have sex with Skankelina...she said as much. But Brad darling....there was something going on between you two even if you never got it on. Don't you remember the rumours were flying wildly even before you officially split? Poor Jen had to publicly deny you were getting it on with Angelina. Remember that? Sad... Angelina vs. Jennifer? Angelina is the better actress. Jen's a sitcom actress. That's all. Angelina is just gorgeous facially and very sexy dsspite not having much a feminine figure. She actually has a teenage boy's body. That being said, there's a mistique about her that adds to her allure. On the other hand. Jen is a very plain looking woman with beautiful hair and very nice slim feminine body. Now, if you take Angelina's face and Jen's body that's a beautiful woman. Obviously, this is from an outsider's perspective. I'm sure that once you get to know each one they're personalities become a deciding factor.

If Jen is such a sweetheart then what should have happened is a marriage counselor to air views, sort out priorities, children would have followed. Jennifer is workable with - Angelina's not marriagable material. Angelina is interested in Angelina period. Jenifer was there for you Brad. That makes a marriage work, your loss Brad, there's only one Jen.
Jennifer is so much more BEAUTIFUL than that UGLY ANGELINA.Jen is blond hair and blue eyes.Jen has a perfect body and she is not a piece of filth like Angelina. Angelina is a homewrecking piece of filth.That is as nice as I can put it. Armpitt made the biggest mistake of his life! Marley and me was an adorable movie and I believe Jen will continue to have success because KARMA rules everything.
