Second look: 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'

Last week, we brought to you the first scenes from the November 2008 release of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."

Today, it's time for the second round of scenes, compliments of the good people in Warner Brothers' publicity department. Click the pic for enlarged view.

It's called editorial control.

You are now a publicity department's shill. That's not pop culture, it's marketing.

It's called keeping up with the thousands of other sites who will post the photos, too.

Was USA Today wrong for publishing the exclusive pix last week? Nope. Not in today's age where exclusivity lasts all of about 9 minutes.

Movies are pop culture. Harry Potter is pop culture. These are brand spanking new photos from an upcoming movie. The people can decide for themselves how to digest the info.

glad to see the pix! thanks for sharing....geez, blastmaster you're a bit grouchy and you need a nap.
