I’ll admit it. I’m watching “It’s Complicated” with Denise Richards. Why? I have no idea. Aside from Richards being the girl who kissed Neve Campbell in ‘Wild Things,’ I couldn’t tell you anything about her … at least about her career.
I knew she was married to Charlie Sheen and that there was some drama between her, Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora, but none of that explains why I’m watching.
I usually blame these events on my wife. She does control the remote, but I am oddly drawn to this show. I think it is because I can’t tell if she is crazy, or normal. Let’s look at the evidence.

I have watched the show two times.
I dont know if she is crazy,,,,,,I am not a doctor.
I do know she has a filthy mouth. She is kissing her kids with that mouth. The show is a perfect example of a woman who is going the wrong way down a one way street. Someone is going to get hurt. Not physically but in a more sad way. Her children. The way she went to talk to the woman who worked for the tabloid and told her about the children being hurt. Than in the next sentence bragged about calling the woman a F@@@@@@ C@@@. Not mother of the year.
she does cuss a lot. i disagree that john stamos and richie sambora should be lumped in with charlie sheen. as far as i know, john nor richie has had nearly the trouble with drugs/alcohol that charlie has same for the prostitute situation. she seems ok though, a bit on the "dumb blond" side but that's nothing new in hollywood!!

She needs to once in for all get over Charlie Sheen and let him live his life in peace. They have to work out a few details concerning the kids from time to time but if it wasn't for consistent bashing of Charlie Sheen, she wouldn't be on any tv or magazine covers in years and she knows it. She needs to find a way to get attention in a different way. She is setting a horrible example for her kids who she knows is going to read this stuff when they get older. And how many times can any woman try to defend horrible behavior by using the I'm A Mom card. Move on, grow up and actually become a good mom.

Aside from that, I would say 1) nothing between the ears 2) slutty 3) money grubbing 4) no talent 5) not aging well.
I didn't take Charlie Sheen's side until this show. I can see why he ran away, and that's saying something given some of his exploits!
I love Denise Richards Show!! I think she is completely normal and super sweet! I feel very badly for her because her ex-husband is obsessive and abusive to her and the press bashes her! ?? huh?? She is gorgeous to boot. I hope she continues acting - her kids are ADORABLE.
Maybe we are the crazy ones for watching. It's like a train wreck I just gotta look.

I watched only once and that is the last time I will ever watch her latest way to get noticed. She is white trash. Charlie made the right decision to move forward. Denise needs to do the same so tired of the oh poor me. Get over it!!!!!!!!! She is just another Hollywood beauty who never really made it and now feels she can use her divorce for personal gain . There is always two sides to every relationship story. How long is she going to keep whining???

I like Denise and her friends and family are awesome. Denise has lost her mother who was her bestfriend. I think her doing this show is the best way for her to show people how wonderful and kind she really is. She will show us how to love and grieve at the same time. She is the real deal and that is GREAT. God Bless her and her family. I can't wait to see next weeks episode.

I wasn't going to watch this show however I am so glad that I did. Denise is going through a normal part of life. She really has shown that she is not a selfish person and is very loving to her family and friends. I think this show is the best thing that she could have done to show people who she is. I totally want to tell her that my heart goes out to her and her family. It is not easy losing a loved one but sometimes it can make you a stronger person and bring you closer to other. Great job Denise. You are beautiful inside and out.
phony one minit, normalish the next. spending her last 15 minits of fame on E!, cut the comedy. we all lose people, we all have breakups. charlie sheen is funny as they come, and has a great career, where is hers? reality(not really) TV? i think she's hot but that's all she's got. whining self-absorbed douchebag. i feel bad for her children, cuz they will inherit those traits.
I couldn't agree more! I watch the show and I'm not sure why either! I think because I like everything that comes on before and after that show. Actually, I think I like watching it to point out all the facts in it like how fake the show really is. It's very obvious it's all scripted out. She throws herself out there then "oh no don't look at me don't take my picture!" Pleaseeee she couldn't love it more. The only real thing on that show is her father. I think he's really awesome, genuine and the only real thing on the show.
When Denise married Charlie, I was hopeful that she could straighten him out. But you can't help someone that doesn't want to help themselves! I can't believe there are that many women who stick up for that pathetic excuse of a man!
By making her own reality show, she is able to let everyone see how she lives on a daily basis. Therefore, letting others make their own decision, instead of pre-judging her solely by what the tabloids have reported. Why do most people think that it must be the gospel truth if it is written in the tabloids?
I am a 35 yr old wife, a mother of 2 boys (same ages as her daughters), along with a PhD. I find that we have a lot of the same characteristics and fundamentals on so many levels.
In my personal and professional opinion, she is a strong, intelligent and loving mother. She stands up for what she believes in and protects the ones she loves. I admire her for that. Her back bone is her supportive family and her great friends. They (Denise & her friends) would fit in great with my circle of friends.
Why have so many of you said such malicious and cruel things about this woman?

I just watched the latest episode and I think her publicist should be FIRED!! She did not give Denise a way out of the negative questions; she did not support her decision to tell her side. When Denise asked her what she thought all she could choke out was something about how she said what she said so we'll see. What exactly did she do to help Denise? I saw her stand aside and watch Denise fall apart and then go shopping with her and throw her a bunch of compliments on the shirts? I hope there were a lot of behind the scene moments!! I think Denise needs a publicist who can handle her delicate and controversial life. She didn't give Denise any new advice. It was the same stuff she has said to her before and it wasn't enough.
I would like to say that I think the questions regarding including the children should have been answered in this direction:
The show is in her home, I think it would be more stressful and challenging for the girls if they weren't involved in the show. Also, they are young. Their issues are not ones that the public can judge. Their involvement in the show is very little. They are there for the occasional hug and kiss and cookie and dinner and playtime. They haven't (and I don't think will) done a show about potty training or sibling rivalry. They haven't shown anything that would cause the "public" to establish a relationship with the girls. At this point, all the viewers know is they are adorable and they live with their Grandpa and Mom. Also, they like dolls. Um, what young girl in America doesn't? That is not personal, that is expected.
I have to say that I had passed judgment about her before I began watching the show and seeing her in everyday action has swayed my opinion. I think she is a beautiful woman who has struggles and is doing the best she can.
The only thing I don't like is how she questions herself all the time and has no confidence in herself. But with an ugly persona set-up by the talk show hosts and reporters and then those same talk show hosts and reporters treating her so badly, I would guess self-esteem issues would be expected!
If I were able to say one thing to Denise it would be, “Denise, hire a new publicist and keep being you! You, you're friends, and your beautiful family are so fun to watch!!"
