The Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair photo

OK, folks, here you go. Look below and see the June 2008 Vanity Fair photo of Miley Cyrus, shot by Annie Leibovitz, that has the world a-buzzin'.

mileyvanity.jpg

I don't get all the hullabaloo about it. Yes, she's 15 and a role model to girls younger than that. But her family was there at the time and these photos were all sanctioned by Daddy Montana.

I don't have daughters, so maybe I'm missing the boat on this, but if I did have daughters, I want to think I'd be fine with them still watching Miley Cyrus' show, listening to her music, buying her posters and idolizing all she does.

Didn't Brooke Shields go topless for much of "The Blue Lagoon" when she was 14? And wasn't there a nude scene or two in "Pretty Baby," when Shields was 12?

Have a look at the behind the scenes photos from the shoot on Vanity Fair's Web site and you'll see a harmless situation where her family was there with her.

What are your thoughts on this issue?

P.S. If you're wondering how to find the mag on newsstands, look for this cover:

not a role modle anymore and im definaltey not a fan!!

this picture is artisic but not for her age! its pretty for older women like eighteen yr olds and older

I am a father, and this is being blown WAY out of proportion (by Disney?)

miley is such a slut she's a s***

i dont think that she looks as pretty as she normaly is in this picture. also i think that its being blown way out of proportion.

I think that this picture is so wrong, young women should have to post pictures where they are nude or even half nude just to get attention, we are beatuiful becuase God made us that way so we cant we show that beauty even with our clothes on? i hate to see young girls like this doing these types of pictures just to get attention of the public and to feel beatuiful

ummm, yeah same thing happened years ago with Jessica Biel....and yeah see how here career got ruined?

so what now....sue Vanity Fair for kiddie porn?

free publicity makes Hollywood go round, so keep on voicing your displeasure on the subject.....that's what they want.

yawn...to the whole thing.

grain of salt....move on

i think people should stop over reacting. okay yes she's fifteen but she's not naked, this isnt playboy, and she's not a slut. you dont see her getting pregnant, and she is very level headed, she was there with her parents. i guess it was inappropriate for someone who is only 15 but people should get over it she doesnt do this on disney, she is a good person so just leave it alone.

I think this is really artistic, i read about it earlier at work and was intrigued. I don't think that just because she's 15 that this sort of photo is unsuitable. Yes i can see where people are coming from, but still her family where there and it isn't like she is bearing all in full frontal nudity about being arousing. It's a very innocent photo,
and for all those people calling her a slut and saying she isn't a role model anymore, that's just silly. I think it's brilliant that she can be confident at 15 and i don't think she should be ashamed of this photo.

Shame on you ~~ Annie! "Ignorant" does not become you.

she is so racy! mini paris hilton if u ask me!!!!

What is a 15 year old girl doing getting half naked for a magazine anyway? What is "artistic" about child porn. The one that should be the target of anger is Vanity Fair for even considering publishing half naked pictures of little girls whether she agreed to pose for them or not. Vanity Fair is all up in arms about the 15 year olds who were pregnant in the polygamists cult in Texas, but thinks it is fine to sex up a 15 year old for their magazine. Vanity Fair is no better than the Texas cult for taking advantage of children for sexual puposes. Hmmm can't imagine why the readership of newspapers and magazines is dropping faster than the attendance at a George Clooney movie. You figure it out.

i think this is a good example of where we have gone wrong as a culture. while i do agree that this is an inappropriate picture i do find it interesting that there are those who can draw the line because of age. if this picture is inappropriate then it's irrelevant at what age it's taken. the reason we are in (and have been) in this position with so many child stars (and in general) is because there is a slow but constant eroding of moral standards. what was previously not acceptable to most, is now not a big deal to many. are we really all surprised at the way things are going? i think it's time we all wake up and do something to reverse this trend because it's certainly not headed in the right direction when a parent can allow photos like this of their daughter to be published.

The picture is fine, but it should never have been taken or at least not published due to her affiliation with Disney. She should have known better, her family should have known better, && her publisher && everyone should have just known better. It was a dumb move && she does lose some creditability as a role model for this, although honestly I never would have considered her one in the first place.

she looks disgusting

She's 15... law says she's a minor. End of discussion.

SHE'S 15!!!!!!!!!!!!! How could she even think about doing that. She is just turning into another Disney letdown. I thought that we finally had a nice kid star for our childeren to look up to, but I guess thats over. She didn't last that long either!

I still would.

I'm sure your 9-year old would be shocked! SHOCKED I say!

Gimme a break ... it's an extremely well-composed photo, it's not overtly sexual, and, wow! Are you really THAT prudish that you think your kid is going to have her brains totally scrambled at the mere sight of this? I mean, you can see a bare arm and about 1/3rd of the surface of her back.

It's artsy. What it is not is a celebrity upskirt shot.

I don't have a daughter but I am a woman and my father would have NEVER allowed a photo to be taken of me like this (even if I was a millionaire calling all of the shouts...hint...hint). I mean there are sick people who actually get off on young girls wearing more then this so why would you even want to put your child out there. My thoughts..... BAD CHOICE especially right on the heels of the other questionable pics!

she looks aneroxic. and who gives a shit

To bad... she will end up just like Paris, Britney, and all the others. I hope they cut the show so I do not have to explain to my 6 year old the situation and that is why she can no longer watch the show.

who cares about this itsn not even anything everyons is freackin out u see her back WOW big deal get over it jesus

i think she's too young to pose without a shirt. unfortunately there's nasty people out there who are enjoying the 15 yr old tease.

she just has to be careful - she already said she was embarrassed. let the teenager make mistakes and learn from them.

i cant believe miley would do something like this! she just ruined it for me. you used to be my idol and my role model, but now all i can think of is "will she turn out just like britney spears and lindsay lohan?" they USED to be my idols too. but all i can say is that "Miley you just upset one of your biggest fans." :(

People are making way to much of this. This is NOT Brittany or The other hoochie mama type behavior. Its a young lady Not an adult, I admit that but ive watched the filming of it and the photos and people are making her sound like somekinda slut or horrible person with bad parents. EVERYBODY has a right to an opinion and they thought(her and her parents) they were okay and I think they are okay and if your opinion differs, DONT read it! Your ALL going to go look online and or buy the magazine and feed the frenzy, make them more money and THAT is the reason things like this happen because WE as NOSY americans(me included) Pay, buy, ask for it and things like it. This topic could be argued all day if you want so get over it and get on with life. If you dont like it or her simply boycott her and or disney. ryan OKC

Ok people I agree with this post. Miley Cyrus is a very good person, Apparently, these shots were supposed to be from an artistic point of view. When these pictures were finished, Miley Cyrus was surprised and objected for them to go in the magazine. The magazine had exploited her without Miley Cyrus even knowing it!

I'm only a few months older than her and I believe this is way too risque for her age. Girls I know are decent enough not to be taking such racy photos. Whether it's her or not (for the green bra case).
I do believe she'll be the next Britney Spears, and that's completely disappointing. I just really wish one young girl will make it out to still be a decent person when she hits her late teens/early twenties.
My 22 year old brother thought she was seventeen. Yes, her body is quite mature for her age. But as a role model for 8 year old girls, she shouldn't be flaunting it in such a manner.

Who the hell cares?

This is yet another pathetic attempt to take a young girl and make her into a filthy SL** by the MEDIA. There was NO call for this. WHAT is THE POINT of such a photo? WHAT does it accomplish besides making Miley look like a tramp?
These tactics are used to cause another heated headline debate so that the magazine can make tons of money at MILEYs expense! A reader writes that "So what. Brooke Shields did it". Hellooooo? Does that make it OK ?? NO!
Over-reacting ??? I think NOT !! Just because we see this type of thing happen all the time does NOT...in ANYway...make it "ok" or acceptable! . It is NOT ok to take a 15 year old child and exploit her for the sake of some immoral magazine editor's PAY CHECK! This is RIDICULOUS!
ANYthing that the media can do to gain attention...at whatEVER costs....they WILL do it. It's sick, sad and perverted!
WAKE UP AMERICA. It is NOT ok to exploit children for MONEY! Period!
WE are no longer fans of Miley's. She compromised her values for a magazine ad and for a photographer named "Annie" whom she could not say "no" to. Who CARES about Annie? Annie just wanted the "money" from Miley's exposure! SHE certainly doesn't care about MILEY! . JustMy2cents!

Sick_of_Media

Would you rather see a more mature person wrapped in a sheet?..How about Ted Kennedy.....now that's pornographic!!!

This entire thing is ridiculous. It was a tasteful, artistic shot done by world renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz. In case some don't know her, she has photographed numerous stars, including children as well as US presidents, she is famous for her artsy photos. If it were taken under sketchy circumstances, or without her family's consent the situation would be completely different.

She should not have to be apologizing for a photo without nudity (there are swimsuits more revealing than this that we let our children wear) taken under innocent circumstances.

Uh!!! hello! not topless!!! she could wear a halter top and be just like that and be totally fine!!!

In my opinion, this photo isnt really that bad at all. Cant you people just give her a break?! She is one of my role models and i admire her very much but to me this isnt that bad as everyone keeps saying. And Miley Cyrus is NOT a s***!!!

Oh please, plenty of stars at that age did a lot worse then this. It was a photo shoot with her family present, Not to mention if you saw the videos from it, it wasn't like she was running around in a sheet. She had pants on and the "sheet" was actually fitted to her.

wow, this photo is what is so "racy" and "controversial"? apart from the fact that there is nothing sexual about this picture, are people really that uneducated to understand what art is? not to mention ignorant of what really is appropriate and inappropriate? anyone heard of jock sturges?

personally, this is just an unappealing photo as she looks sickly pale and the contrast of colors with the red of her lips and brown of her hair make her look like a vampire.

but yeah, nothing wrong with these photos and i don't think a young girl will find it and be like "omg" unless you yourself point out the picture and comment on how "immoral" the photo is.

its great photography, but she looks really bad. i think she learned her lesson. and if her parents dont care, then why is everyone else wasting their time caring? its her future, her problem, whatever.

Listen, it's not just the photo, it's the fact that she still tries to maintain her innocent title. If she would just say, " Hey, Im human, the human body is a beautiiful thing, and I have no problem showing some skin." Hey, I would have no problem with it. But where do you all think are culture of today is coming from? You can buy MINI mini skirts for kids and young teens now. When kids look up to people like this and she preaches about god and modesty, and then does this, that makes kids think that's what that is, and it's not. Lose the america's princess title, and we can talk about some respect girl. I may be seventeen, but I know what Im talking about.

Why Miley? I used to look up to you.

i have three daughters and personally, i would not allow any of them to take a picture like this.
but...this picture dose not make her a slut or a whore! as adults you should be ashamed of yourselves for calling a young girl those things!!! you don't hear of her having sex, you don't hear of her dating all kinds of boys and you don't hear of her taking drugs or drinking. EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES! think of the things that you have done in the past, bet there worse than this!
i like her and i think she's a cutie pie! i will continue to let my girls watch hanna montana, and support miley cyrus.
get over yourselves and leave the girl alone!!!!

As a young woman myself, this picture insults me. It's ONLY her back showing? I'm sure a lot of young women who end up taking more risque pictures of themselves ended up this way - getting a taste of what it is. She's FIFTEEN years old, and with makeup, she can look over eighteen. Way to send out the wrong message Miley, to your fans who are mostly in MIDDLE SCHOOL!

chew on this one......
naked babies running around TV, internet, and your own home is not distasteful? are they sluts? are their parents porn pushers? don't pedifiles get their kicks from that as well?

don't condemn the girl for somehting innocent, the pose is a little old for her, yes.... but OMG!! she showed her back!!!!!

how many of your 15 year olds wear bikinis to the beach? are they not as revealing if not more?

*just think about what you are saying/ doing in your own world first

also, PARENTS are what children should look up to, it IS the responsibility of each individual parent to look after their child and teach them (in tasteful manner of course, not in some super religious, ignorant type of way) what is appropriate and whats not.

honestly, i see more and more bad parenting skills as time passes, parents who buy young children that type of clothes, i mean come on! roll up your sleeves, do something, get involved

ps: when you come to a certain age/maturity level its up to you to decide whats fine or not, have a mind of your own

Check out the behind-the-scenes photos: she's not posing shirtless, it just so happens that the way she is angled in the published photo makes it look like she's holding up a sheet. That "sheet" is actually a baggy, shiny shirt:

http://www.vanityfair.com/images/culture/2008/06/cusl01_miley0806.jpg

The only thing in poor taste here is the way her arms are crossed over her chest to make it look like she's poutingly trying to hold it up...and the conclusions our dirty minds like to jump to. When that's the case, the photographer and VF are not to blame here, we are!

If you look at the VF website, the sheet is kind of like a shirt. Yes, it has no back, and honestly it looks a lot worse than it really is. At first I was shocked, but I thought I would look deeper into this. It is being blown wayyy out of proportion. But Annie Leibowitz did exploit a 15 year old for her publicity.

What the hell is your problem, people? It's not that bad of a picture and you all are taking this way to seriously. So it shows her back and arm, some swim suits that strap around the neck show more back than this, and we think you guys are giving her unfair judgement without knowing the full story behind it.
The media is just telling you what you want to hear and we're just saying that we don't want to hear a word of it.

I thikn all of you people who are saying this picture is raunchy, slutty or anything else are ignorant. Yes, she is 15 and yes, she is a minor but she is completely covered and not showing anything remotely provacative. It's her BACK for pete's sake!!!

I must say that after hearing all of the talk on the television and radio this morning, I was expecting the photo to be much worse than this. I mean, I am a high school student and just attended the prom a week ago and there were girls there that were more scantily clad than Miley is in this photo. Sure, it might have been bad judgement on Miley's part since she is a Disney channel star and a role model for young girls but, I think we must look at this artistic endeavor of the photographer.

I'm not and have never been a Miley fan... but this picture isn't that risqué in my opinion, it's just a back. However, she does looks like something out of a horror movie. Pale, almost anorexic, and that look on her face.

I usually enjoy Leibovitz's photos, but not this one.

Like others have said, one of my problems with little miss Miley is that she tries to play innocent and is huge role model to youngsters, but in real life she's always caked in make-up and then does something like this.

I guess it's the media deciding what she should do to get "sexier." and add to her public image, where it is her music that makes her fans of pre-teens and teens. Personally, it is another example of people trying to sex up the young to make them look appealing. I find this photo is inappropriate for her age and her fans of that age. It's what it suggests rather than what it actually is. Hmmmm--isn't this the type of stuff that drove Britney away from her music and more into the tabloids. Cyrus family--don't let people con you into thinking that this was a great publicity shot. And Disney--for God sakes--can you please check out what your stars are deciding to do before they do it, especially if it will hurt your image as well?

i am a 20 something male... the horniest demographic there is. when i look at that picture i am not the least bit aroused. there is nothing sexual about it whatsoever. sexual exploitation is supposed to be aimed at me so i am an expert. i can tell there is no sexual intent behind this photo. it is an artistic photo of an attractive girl with no bear on what her age might be.

when i saw this story about all this hoopla over this photo i thought how idiotic.

i remember when i was 15. if there is some issue with the amount of skin you can see, that is totally off base. 15 yr olds go to homecoming and prom in dresses that show off just as much skin all the time. that is normal behavior for a 15 yr old as far as I remember.

there is one of her and her dad together that looks wierd. it doesnt look like a typical "father/daughter" pose, more like a boyfriend/girlfriend thing...too wierd. i am sure they are overwhelmed with all the offers miley must get, and maybe this was just a bad judgment call. if they were familiar with vanity fair however, they would know the kind of pictures that are usually in that magazine, some with full nudity, if my child can't even look at the magazine, they sure wouldn't pose for it.

I think it is a beautiful picture honestly, but I think he being 15 is blowing it out of perportion. If she was 18 o older, yes it would be fine but being so young ruins her reputation and gives people ideas about her.

I myself am 15 and I see girls all the time in school and on myspace wearing less and we wonder why so many girls get raped and sexually harassed? What is this world coming to?

It's not her first pic like this so i don't see why everyone is so surprised but watever.

and this gives kids and her role models a bad idea of wat being a teenager is about.

I thinkthis will make ppl kinda sick if they watch her show. It won't be the same.

What a stupid thing to get worked up about. Use the energy for something that matters.

Wow chill out this picture is not the biggest deal, its not sexual even if she happens to not be clothed. I think it does what it sought out to do which was to be artful and not provocative.

You should all smoke a little more reefer.

you all need to grow up and please stop ready into the picture so much! you act like you never seen skin before is that how you look at a baby in a huggies commercial? as long as she is not doing drugs sleeping with everyone or showing all her body yall should not trip. if you ask me some of of yall must have never been to a beach befor you were less then this in a bathing suit.

come on there are children in other countries that dont even have food to eat why would you throw such a big fit on this. and its a mistake she said sorry dang give her a break. dhes just a kidd and im pretty sure she isnt showing anything but her back and girls do that every day GET OVER IT!!!

you guys are taking this too serious instead you guys should be surprised that she looks like the exorcist without the scars.

I think it is a gorgeous photo! What is the difference in seeing her back in this photo and in a dress worn on the red carpet? Great job Annie!

quit over reacting! I think she looks very pretty in an overly wet vampire sort of way.

okay. Art is art. Why are people freaking out?
are her boobs hanging out? how much skin do you see? her back? you can't even get a glimpse of anything racey.
Honestly people, get a grip. I grew up in an artistic family, and I am the same age as Miley. I mean really, girls that go to my school wear WAY more revealing clothing everyday then what your seeing here. This picture is beautiful, and I was always one to think she was plastic, but not anymore. She looks good. Be mature people.

that is so lame thats not "scandelous" freakin retards!

She looks hott as shit you guys are just all jelousss, she is completly covered and she looks really pretty! This photo shoot was done with class and is not inappropriate at all!!

What the hell is wrong with this country??? and her parents for pimping her out...Jesus she's only 15 ! Artistic my ass, its shock value by vanity fair to sell mags. BTW what would happen if a grown man had these very same pics of say his neice...can u say jail time or petifile...so why is it ok for a major publisher to do it..I just don't get it

our society accepts violence, but the human body is a sin that should be hid. What a crock...

Yes i agree she is too young to be doing modeling like this, but if she does, its her and her familys choice so who cares...

Personally, it's not like it was an unclassy photo. And if Miley's father was okay with the pose, then everyone else should get off Miley's back. There was no cleavage, some of her shoulder was exposed and as you can see from the link, she was wearing pants. Oh my gosh! A SHOULDER.
You people are taking this way out of proportion.

Another example of provincial behavior - she can't be a role model because she had her picture taken by a very famous professional for a famous magazine. Wow - slap my head. I bet all of you espousing virtuous behavior have not checked out your child's My Space page - oh that's right - not your child! Now there you will see some disgusting pictures from girls not acting their age. Wake up Mom and Dad and ask why you can't have access to them!

When I first saw the picture I thought of an oil painting. I don't quite like it - it doesn't look like her. Annie L always likes to take a different look at her subjects but I honestly don't see anything so horrific. What are people seeing? Is it the suggestion of nudity? Her bare back in general - what?! Here's a ridiculous leap - are the sheets supposed to be some one's bed and she's eyeballing her lover or something. I just don't see it. If that was the point they get an F. A Rembrandt/Vermeer deep oil feeling - A

It does disturb me that everyone is ready to crucify this girl. Come on people what the heck did she do? From Disney's point of view - poor Disney trying to portray a 50s mentality in this world. There was a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes in the Mickey Mouse Club of yesteryear and this - this is just a photo.
Now if Disney is peeved because Annie just did that really cool ad campaign for them about WDW/Disneyland with the actors. That was such a cool campaign. Perhaps they selected her for this shoot specifically trusting her - that would account for some of their ire.

The one thing I don't like is if they did suggest this pose at the end of the shoot after her parents left. That would suggest that they knew they would not approve which would be their right and yeah it is pretty easy to talk a naive kid into a pose.

Don't you think it's about the *money*? Vanity Fair is getting lots of publicity over this. So from an advertising perspective, this photo shoot really works.

But it is sad. Mom and Dad Cyrus were not being very vigilant, were they? If it is a shirt that Miley is holding, we sure can't tell from this photo. Poor judgement all around. At fault? Most likely the photographer, or whoever called for the poses. The age of the subject of the photo is totally irrelevant.

And as to "you wear less than this in a bathing suit"... well, who said that all bathing suits are appropriate?

Anyway, my 11-year old daughter agrees that she cannot be a walking advertisement for anyone showing such poor judgement. So all the clothing labelled "Hannah Montana" is going to be donated to charity this week. Yes, even the items she got for her birthday earlier this month.

You people are dumb in pushing for these teen stars to be your kids role models, what has she done besides play cute and make annoying songs? Personally writers and other creative people are more inspiring to me, not to mention visionaries like Oprah Winfrey and people who work for FIMA et al. You can't expect too much from a little girl living her life under the cameras. Besides Miley Cryus probabl doesn't even READ> WTF!?!

PS Calling girls/women sluts is so dumb, when y'all gonna wake up?

I'm so tired of hearing "this is where we've gone wrong as a culture". Total bull****. We invaded a country, we refuse to sign the kyoto agreement, we pay four dollars a gallon, the middle class is disintegrating, terrible healthcare, we're racist, we're in denial, and we're an embarrassment to the entire planet, but you know what?? I'm a patriot because I wear a flagpin on my lapel. Nice. Leave Miley alone, she don't know no better...

Miley Cyrus: Displaying Naughtiness? Or Synergy at Work?

CONGRATS TO MILEY CYRUS AND HER DADDY, BILLY RAY, WHO HAVE succeededin turning a wholesome TV princess into a poor little rich girl. Anddoesn't that always make for 'more sellable' story? Because now theyhave to manufacture dirt to make the just-sold million dollarbiography of a privileged 15-year-old more appealing. Oh, and let'spoint out, the book's release date is timed to Miley's scheduled 2009tour! Marketing synergy at work, America!
CrabbyGolightly dot com. Taking a dim view of celebrity, media and

the problem is she looks like she just got through
a romp in the hay and she is very, very young.
that is disturbing.
otherwise if she were 10 years older it would have been
a beautiful photo.

It's... just... her back.
Am I missing something?

Honestly, its not that big of a deal. i think she looks amazing.its very artistic. its not like its porn or something. the press is making such a big deal of it just because shes on the disney channel.she was with her parents if they approved then its fine. i dont see why so many are escalating it to a higher level. just leave it alone.

There's nothing wrong with this photo. People should get off her case. I don't see any sexual intention. The worst people in the world, the same who are responsible for ruining other lives, are these whiney old conservatives with golden rods up their asses. Leave the kid alone....the photos are fine. Don't make her feel worse about it.

nice. now kids have a reason to stop watching this silly ****. GET JOBS LITTLE BABIES!!! stop jerking it to the jonas brothers and go buy a Zeppelin album...

find this beautiful it reminds me of a painting you would expect to see from the 18th or 19th century. I believe that this photo shows the beauty of the human body without it being sexually provocative. It looks natural and simple. Show this to a Toddler and they won't see sex or nudity or even beauty. They will simply see a picture of a girl.

Your the filthy minded people who see more than what is really there. Your the brainwashed citizens of society who believe and follow everything that is said to you. As long as the person saying it has been given credibility by someone else.

I'm more disappointed in Destiny Hope//Miley Cyrus//Hannah Montanna for apologizing when she should have stood by her choices. If she saw nothing wrong with the photo, then there would be nothing wrong with the photo.

As for her being a slut or a whore, keep your pathetic insults to yourselves. She isn't a Britney in the making. But even if she was who is to say Britney is bad? She went through what millions of people go through only you people watch her every move like a lion stalking it's prey. You make 'her' more important than her music//art.

As for this being the magazines fault. From what I have seen of Miley she is an extremely mature 15 year old and I can guarantee she wouldn't have just subjected to anything a magazine or photographer told her to do. She would have had her say and she would have known what the photo looked like.

If she did apologize I count on it being because she was forced to by Disney so that they wouldn't lose the viewers. Who are being told they can no longer watch Hannah Montanna by controlling insecure parents. I doubt very much whether Disney sincerely apologizes or rather does what it's told for the sake of money.

I don't see what you all are ranting about. Yes, she is 15 but she was surrounded by people she trusted none of which objected to the photo being taken, thesre is just as much skin showing as would be on one of those damn award show dresses it is just her back and arms OOH thats sooo racy... honestly get a grip people.. you you cant handle seeing someones arms and back you're just too much of a prude to exist in this modern time where I walk down the street in my town and see 12 yearolds in much less. get a life

First, her parents were there at the shoot, so they're cool with it. Based on what I've read with it, shes cool so far. Also, theres nothing wrong with the picture, its just a back for crying out loud. Go watch some kids do ballet, and u see their back, but no one gives a crap. This thing is blown way out of proportion, like some people have said before me. I mean if you wanna go extreme and shit, pictures of baby angels are naked, no clothes. So give the kid some slack. Sure it's an unexpected picture, but there's nothing wrong with it.

woowwww
its jus a picture nd
its really nott showin n e thing
u guys need tah geht ahh life
find sumthin else tah
entertain ur selfs
basically im sayin go get a life nd leave
milleyy alone >>>...

Not one of Leibovitz's best photos. Kinda boring. Not very racey, even for a 15 year old. I think people have too much time on their hands.
