Some Entenmann's history

Ever since its expansion to Bay Shore in 1961, Entenmann's has been a sweet part of Long Island business. Family owned for many years, it is now, like most food companies, part of a huge company, George Weston Bakeries. Its local fortunes have waned in recent years and production on Long Island seems on an inevitable decline.
