Insurance companies are always looking for a way to stand out from the pack. The big ones fight it out on the air and in print.
Cook, Hall & Hyde Inc., a regional insurance broker with two offices on Long Island in Melville and East Hampton, is crowing about its being named one of the 10 most “dependable” insurance brokers in the East by a California research company that specializes in such lists.
Goldline Research rated the companies, which were whittled from 7,422 entries, on such things as business philosophy, client loses, customer satisfaction and the absense of lawsuits and grievances.
